Strategy Workshop


JSW conducted a workshop with the key members from sales, services and R&D to review the strategy of the client, a manufacturing equipment producer serving the automotive sector and other assembly industries.

The team identified major trends challenging the companies future development, reviewed its strengths and weaknesses and evaluated its own position in perspective to its key competitors. Based on the findings a roadmap was defined to focus future product offerings to be developed and attractive target markets. Additional actions were defined to further detail or confirm initial findings.
