The average duration of a consulting project is between 3 to 6 months. For the project we will form joint teams consisting of a JSW-partner, several JSW experts and client personnel.

The team will work on the client’s premises and will involve the employees and management of the client in the problem-solving process. Our key concern thereby lies in enabling the client personnel to implement and to further develop solutions identified during the project. We consider a project a success only if our recommendations are applied and implemented successfully.
